I am a retired Registered nurse, Mother of 3, Birth keeper, bodyworker, spiritual healer and holder of ceremonies.

My own journey through birth- 2 c/sections followed by an empowering VBAC-ignited a deep passion within me.

I know firsthand that birth is more than a physical event. It is a profound transformation- one that deserves to be honored, supported and deeply held.

I walk alongside women and families through pregnancy, birth and motherhood offering wisdom, support and a space to trust their bodies and intuition.

Through birth keeping, bodywork, spiritual guidance and ceremonies I help families embrace the sacred journey of physiological birth.
