To begin we will check in with you and your intentions and tailor the session to your needs as well as what comes up for you throughout the session,.

 

The massage is 1 hour / 1.5 hours/ 2 hours.

What oil is used?

​

A combination of coconut, almond and hemp oils as well as Blue Lily oil for the face and hair.

               

 

 What will I wear?

​

 Generally the massage is received without clothing , a modesty towel is expertly draped across the lower half of the body and a sheet is used to cover other body parts.

​

​​Can I receive a Lomi Lomi when pregnant?

​

YES! I am trained in pregnancy massage and my table has a trap door to comfortably         hold your pregnant belly whilst lying face down.

​

​​​How to prepare?

​

To ensure the most comfortable experience  I ask that you come showered without                  deodorant or perfume and cleanly shaven (if applicable). a shower is available should          you need it. 

It is recommended to avoid eating a few hours prior to the session.
